Negative: We had some issues with the check-in. We were not provided with any check-in instructions, and they were only sent to us after we called. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. I asked if we could check out at 11:15, but my request was refused and I was told that it was not possible. It’s a small thing, but unfortunately, it left a negative impression.
