Three bedrooms (two doubles and two singles) sleep up to six. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers. A bright living room opens onto a balcony, with a second balcony off a bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer; washer-dryer; fast Wi-Fi; air conditioning in every room. First floor — the building has no lift (walk-up).

Alvalade is the leafy, lived-in Lisbon — tree-lined avenues, the Alvalade Market and the cafés of Avenida da Igreja. Calm and residential rather than touristy, and genuinely local. The metro (green and yellow lines) from Alvalade reaches central Lisbon — Saldanha, Baixa and Rossio — in minutes, and Lisbon Airport is about ten minutes away by car. Buses and taxis are easy.
