Positive: výborná dostupnost z metra, klimatizace v pojkojích, v okolí dostatek restaurací a obchodů, klidná a bezpečná čtvrt,
apartmán veliký, pěkný, vybavený, perfektní terasa k snídani
Negative: ocenili bychom i spaní na gauči, jelikož rozkládací gauč zmiňován v popisu

Negative: Le seul inconvénient pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture, c’est que le stationnement peut être un peu loin, car les places dans la rue sont réservées aux résidents.
