Cozy Alfama Terrace Retreat in Lisbon

Appartement superbe . On recommande à 100% Positive: Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Les fenêtres du living donnent sur la rue animée et à l’arrière sur une terrasse au calme. Climatiseur partout. Boîte à clef dans le couloir d’entrée facile si on veut rentrer séparément. L’arrêt du tram 38 , un ATM, 2 épiceries se trouvent près de la porte d’entrée. L’emplacement dans l’alfama est génial et sans danger. La rapidité de réponse du propriétaire et l’aide qu’il nous a fourni est exceptionnel. Déjà plusieurs séjours à Lisbonne ce pourquoi je recommande vivement cette location et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Gals from CO Positive: The apartment is in a great location and close to a beautiful city overlook. Negative: Our taxi driver was not able to find the place and it was not easy to map it requiring another ride share.

Positive: Excellent location, easy access, very polite and helpful host.

If I was to go back to that area I would stay there again. If that is the area you want to stay in and can get over the Positive: The property was very well equipped. Nice outside are. Spacious inside and out. Decorated nicely. Easy to get to place from there with tram stop just outside property. Easy walk to the main shopping and down by the square. Only about 15min. Negative: The actual entrance area wasn’t what i was expecting. It felt dismal and run down, guess that’s how it is. Was disappointed with my first impression. Could have done with a spare set of keys. I know there was a an option to leave keys in key box, but that was a faff as the box inside was very low down.

Goede locatie, fijn appartement, tuin valt beetje tegen Positive: Binnen was fijne sfeer en goede voorzieningen. Negative: Tuin mag aangekleed worden en er was vaak een sterke rook/brand geur, waarschijnlijk uit de keuken eronder.
