Positive: La ubicación Negative: Estaba todo en obras y había suciedad por todo el acceso al piso en el portal en la entrada principal de la vivienda, en un lateral caía pintura de la humedad, y el calor era exagerado, tenían ventiladores pero hacia demasiado calor, nos llamaron la atención por el ruido con dos pequeños y esa misma noche nos hicieron el doble de ruido arriba y sin niños, la tele se desconectaba seguido, había que encenderla y apagarla constantemente, está muy apañado y en la cocina se suelta el embellecedor del mueble, el suelo hace demasiado ruido porque es parque antiguo, y la zona no me parece apta para ir con niños porque había gente fumando no tabaco al lado , dos discusiones en el propio callejón, lo único que nos gustó fue la cercanía de la vivienda al centro te ponías en cualquier sitio en cuestión de minutos.
