Design et confortable 2 BDR au centre-ville de Lisbonne * Baixa

The location couldn’t be better Positive: We had an lovely two-night stay at Gonzalo's. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Lisbon, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés (including a Michelin-starred one down the street). The apartment was spotless (cleanliness 10/10) and very comfortable. Communication with the property was clear, quick, and easy. We also appreciated the welcome treat — pastel de nata and two small bottles of wine. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to be close to everything in Lisbon! Negative: A couple of things to note: there’s no air conditioning, only fans in each room. This wasn’t an issue for us in October, but it might be warm in the peak of summer. We slept with the windows open and did notice some street noise in the early morning but that wasn't much of a problem. Also, there’s no elevator — only stairs — which could be tricky with heavy luggage, though it was fine for us on the first floor.

Városnézésre tökéletes Positive: Jó helyen lévő apartment! Segitőkész kapcsolattartó. Kiválóan felszerelt konyha. Kedves fogadtatás volt a welcom drink és a sütemény! Metro-villamos-busz-reggelizők a közelben! Negative: Fürdőszoba szellőztetése.

Positive: Schöne gemütliche Einrichtung, zentrale Lage nähe Metrostation/Fährhafen/Flussufer, Tipps zu Restaurants und Parkhaus. Negative: Zugang ist mit Koffern beschwerlich, die Straße ist laut, nachts hört man durchgehend ein lautes Brummen. Die Decken im Haus sind sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt vom Übermieter. Die Betten sind weich. Das Eincheckprozedere ist etwas aufwändig. Es fehlte ein zweiter Schlüssel. Preis-Leistung deshalb nicht optimal.

Centrale e comodo Positive: Appartamento centralissimo. Molto confortevole. Da su una strada pedonale con ristoranti. Ci sono musicisti di strada in serata che fanno un bel ambiente. Di notte è in ogni caso tranquillo. (Almeno in ottobre) Negative: Parecchie scale per arrivare all’appartamento. Con valigie grandi o per persone con difficoltà può essere un po’ complicato.

Zentral & sauber, nachts etwas laut Positive: Sehr sauberes Appartement in zentraler Lage direkt in Alfama. Betten gemütlich! Ventilatoren in jedem Zimmer. Negative: Durch die zentrale Lage laut, schlafen bei offenem Fenster kaum möglich, daher heiß.
